Solo-showcase as part of Open Studios, MeetFactory Prague. This installation is the result of almost three years of daily filming, logging and training. What began as a ritual to cope with loss and grief grew into an obsessive self-archive about discipline, sports and self-registration. The work breaks through the usual before-and-after narratives of physical transformation. Instead of triumph, it shows the contradiction of progress: strength alongside vulnerability, visibility alongside erasure, discipline as both survival and imprisonment. Videos, prints, objects and log fragments together form an unstable archive. Projections and screens show monotonous training routines and moments of vulnerability. The Progress Wall combines images of exertion, injury and snapshots, while display cases show physical remains. The exhibition refuses closure: each day brings new material, but no resolution. Transformation becomes not an end point, but an endless repetition: Until the Next Log.
